Minors (Under the age of 18): The minor's parent or legal guardian must consent to medical marijuana treatment. This is done by submitting a caregiver registration submission through OMMCP's website. The medical marijuana products must then be purchased by the licensed adult caregiver.

If you have a medical marijuana card, you may legally consume medical marijuana in your residence. It is not legal to consume medical marijuana in public.

Yes. All patients at Body and Mind must show a government-issued photo I.D., like a driver’s license or passport, to verify their age. In addition, per Ohio regulations, you must have a medical marijuana card to purchase and consume marijuana.

-2.83 grams (1/10 of an oz) of plant material, 295 mg of THC in patch, lotion, cream, or ointment, 110 mg of THC in oil, tincture, capsule, or edible for oral administration, 590 mg of THC in oil for vaporization
