Florida Voters to Decide on Medical Marijuana in November
Another state will soon vote on the use of medical marijuana, Florida. Come November it will be on the ballot.
The Quinnipiac University Polling Institute recently reported that 84% of Florida voters approve the use of medical marijuana for adults, if prescribed by a doctor. Many Florida residents have been working for years to bring this issue to the ballot, and are thrilled at the recent success.
This makes six states that may soon offer medical marijuana to its residents — with doctor prescriptions. At present, medical marijuana is legal in 23 states. This includes Las Vegas, Nevada. As scientific research appears to build in support of medical marijuana, soon more than half of America may allow it.

The Florida Supreme Court has narrowly approved language for a proposed constitutional amendment that would legalize marijuana for medical use, guaranteeing the measure a spot on the state’s November ballot.
